Safety First: Successful Fire Drill at Düren Site

Voll im Einsatz bei der Übung: Das Team zieht einen Feuerwehrschlauch aus dem Feuerwehrauto

At KANSAI HELIOS, the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and the community are paramount. This promise was once again put into action on October 8th, 2025, during a large-scale fire drill at the KANSAI HELIOS site in Düren, Germany, organised in cooperation with the volunteer fire brigades of Merken, Echtz, and Mariaweiler.

The exercise was designed to simulate a realistic emergency scenario, including dense smoke, multiple acting “injured” individuals, and a coordinated rescue operation under challenging conditions. The drill was a great success, showcasing not only the precision and professionalism of the fire brigades, but also the importance of preparedness and teamwork.
